I once said that I am not addicted to Facebook and I'm still standing my ground. I am however, admitting to being hooked on one game there … SCRAMBLE! Similar to Boggle, Scramble is a word finding game that challenges you to live games with other players or you can invite friends to a turn-based match. It serves as an excellent stress-reliever for me; one that is not only fun but helps to increase my vocabulary and spelling skills too.
I have always fancied myself to be a good speller and I love words, so when I discovered Scramble, there was no turning back and I’ve been spending most of my free time playing it online. So far, I'm having loads of fun playing Scramble with some wonderful blog friends like Bobby, Emila, Nessa, LJ and Jesse and now, I would love to take on new challenges with other players. So, if anyone is interested in a Scramble match with Mariuca, just give me a holler and I'd be happy to take you on!
Besides Scramble, I have been playing Facebook Poker too. I first learned how to play poker during a holiday spent with my younger sister in UK. We were both students then; she was in Sheffield, UK and I was in Pennsylvania, USA. The plan that Christmas holiday was for me to go home to Malaysia. Unfortunately, there were no available flights during that peak season and I made a spontaneous decision to visit my sister in UK instead. For two whole weeks, I spent my mornings sleeping and my evenings shopping. Nights were reserved for dining, clubbing followed by some serious poker!
When I returned to the US, I gained enough confidence to join in the poker sessions with the students there. It was fun to play with the guys because they seemed to underestimate my playing skills but I did give them a run for their money with a few good hands! It has been years since I last played poker, so I am somewhat rusty now. I guess that explains why I have been losing terribly on Facebook Poker; thank goodness real money is not involved! Lol...LJ! I deleted the last game cause GK didn't move, so we were stuck there for so long! Hear that GK? ;) For that I'm going to start a fresh game with LJ, tonight perhaps? YAY!!

I'm sorry I haven't played! I tried one game of scramble but got a phone call and time ran out...hehe:) One of my favourite books is my trusty thesaurus...I just love learning new words. Maybe I'll play you in some poker too!

I love Boggle... I'm just not used to the online version of Scramble (excuse, excuse). I need lotsa practice.
Nessa! He he he... sometimes I just simply make up words, specially during the last few seconds, to get as many points as possible! It's been ages since I played Boggle so this is like a wonderful substitute for me! Play some more Scramble k.. lolz!! ;)

LJ, yesterday also diff to play Scramble. My first round hang, got 0 points, must catch up with you and Nessa la! Am still getting that connection timed out error. In fact, I've been trying to reserve this PPP opp also cannot! :(
I think streamyx also acting up lah GP! GK also had some problems. Yesterday also like that so slow then this morning was ok..now not too bad for me but that might be the cause
